- Site Selection & Acquisition: Potential locations are thoroughly evaluated and ranked according to strategy and planning phase benchmarks.
- Site Disposition: Our TR team will be responsible for the entire flow of events from presenting a preliminary list of properties till the signing of the agreement at the desired location. This will include services like detailed presentation on the available options, conducting and organising site visits for the shortlisted ones, initiation of landlord negotiations, property comparison amongst desired options, document preparation and distribution, offer solicitation and review, and contract negotiation and execution.
